Located in Shelbyville Indiana, Shelbyville Christian Academy is a private, non-denominational Christian school dedicated to high academic standards and spiritual growth. We believe each student has been equipped with God-given abilities and we attempt to help develop those. We offer a biblically based education and provide academic excellence! Our mission is to challenge students to Christ and to apply His truths to all areas of life in order to love others sacrificially, and attain the highest level of academic achievement in order to serve God and others.

Our Story

In 2012, God began to place a vision on the hearts of several individuals to establish a Christian school in the Shelbyville area and in the fall of 2012, SCA began classes. Initially starting as an ACE school, we transitioned into a conventional classroom setting using a variety of curriculum. With a small staff of full time teachers as well as several part time instructors and tutors, we have been able to provide a solid structure and personalized lesson planning that would not be possible in a larger classroom setting.
